TERMS OF SALE

The owner of the Browzy online store is KSK Trade OÜ (registration code 14484266), located in Rae Parish, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated alongside the products. The price is subject to an additional fee for the delivery of the goods. All prices for products sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.

Placing an Order

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the product in the online store. To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele.

NB! When making payments through the payment initiation service, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – for payment initiation services, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement becomes effective once the amount payable has been received in the online store's bank account.

KSK Trade OÜ is the data controller of personal data; KSK Trade OÜ forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery

Products are delivered within Estonia through the Browzy online store. For international orders, please contact ksktradeou@gmail.com.

The buyer can choose from the following delivery methods: Omniva parcel machines, Itella Smartpost parcel machines, DPD parcel machines.

The buyer bears the delivery costs, and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer's specified destination within 3-5 working days from the conclusion of the sales agreement.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver goods within 45 calendar days is reserved.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The product cannot be returned after use for hygienic reasons.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, as would be allowed when testing the product in a physical store. After using the product for applying cosmetics, the product is considered used, and for hygienic reasons, the Browzy online store cannot accept the return of such a product.

To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to ksktradeou@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the mentioned period. The refund will include the cost of the product, but delivery fees are non-refundable since they cannot be reimbursed to third parties responsible for order delivery.

The online store will refund the returned goods' payment to the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned product, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned product or until the buyer provides proof that they have sent the product back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store was marked significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The online store is responsible for non-conformity or defects in the goods sold that were present at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. For the first year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the online store to prove otherwise.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than two months by sending an email to ksktradeou@gmail.com.

The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.

If the product purchased from the online store has defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.

The online store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the online store, they must be sent via email to ksktradeou@gmail.com.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for the procedure can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Reviewing the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also contact the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
